My client are a leading FMCG business based in the Camberley area and very accessible from the M3. With a long history of developing the best products, my client have been in operation for well over 50 years and have a category of industry-leading brands available in all main stores across the UK and worldwide. Due to positive changes within the business we are partnering to recruit the newly-created job of Digital Marketing Manager.

Your new role
As Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for working alongside the Group Head of Digital Marketing to implement the international digital strategy and manage specific UK online marketing activities.

You will continually evolve online, digital media (including SEA), web and SEO content also supporting sales growth targets through existing and new marketing and sales channels. This will include delivery through BTL and TTL Marketing via the website, social media platforms and channel partners' digital platforms with a key focus on Amazon. Although this role will have ownership of the UK Digital activities and website (driving traffic/content/conversions) it will work as part of a newly-formed international team, dotted line reporting into the Group Digital Manager, to devise a new international platform and joined-up strategy including cross-market campaigns.

You will, in essence, drive traffic to the UK website via SEO, PPC & Display Media, and manage the website for the optimum customer journey through relevant and targeted content creation, merchandising and conversion activities to increase sales and brand awareness.

What you'll need to succeed
As a hands on digital marketing manager, you'll be a champion of digital, with expertise across website development, SEO, SEA, Paid & Display advertising, social media and Email marketing.
You'll have experience in B2C, preferably with FMCG or Grocery and adept at managing multiple brands and products online.
You will be entrepreneurial in nature, accustomed to working with small budgets but big ambitions. You should be skilled at getting the best out of the money and resources you have available, with demonstrable budgetary skills, and be capable of building relationships with key influencers to promote their brands and drive traffic to the website. You'll also be a team player that thrives in a challenging environment; able to prioritise and solve problems under workload and time pressures.
Experience coding desirable (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP)

What you'll get in return
