Ecommerce Optimisation Manager

Reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Development and line managing 1 direct report, the purpose of the role will be to leverage all customer journey data, developing their online proposition and ultimately enhancing profitability.
The key responsibilities of the role will be:
* Build new e-commerce and product performance reports across web, mobile and app
* Use data to identify commercial and product development opportunities
* Support the product team in developing feature metrics
* Develop best in class performance reporting for commercial partners
* Work closely with analytics on building automated reporting dashboards for business
* Maintain and improve existing KPI reporting
* Manage and support a commercial performance analyst
We're looking for:
