Unique opportunity to join a leading Communications, Public Affairs and Research Agency as a Marketing Manager based in London.

As the Marketing Manager you will manage and deliver brand awareness, driving activity and continued growth of the business development pipeline. It is essential that the person in this role can not only deliver to KPIs, but also has a finger on the pulse of politics, digital initiative's, markets and opportunities beyond the world of Investment. Someone with a track record in on-time, on-key and on brand delivery of marketing basics will be desired.

Key responsibilities:

* Meeting marketing KPIs, set up and management of marketing calendar and channels including email, white papers, SEO, social and online PR
* Use of CRM (Salesforce), scoping, reporting and some research for lead generation
* Generate leads, manage contact lists, and ensure all Salesforce database information is at all time up-to-date and acted upon.
* Maintain an understanding of the latest opportunities and trends within the market and inspire clients with those possibilities in conjunction with thought leadership pieces for the company.
* Use a variety of marketing and social tools, in order to deliver industry-leading marketing on behalf of the company, retaining our role as the best-in-practise long term.
* Identify opportunities to harness technology to deliver increased traffic to the websites
* Brief, spec, manage and deliver all marketing and business development projects and manage them through.
* Help build an understanding of digital opportunities throughout the wider organisation
* Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and best practice standards, including GDPR
* Weekly reporting to the Management Team
* Affiliate development through partnerships

Reporting and marketing analysis:

* Delivery of timely collateral on a variety of formats including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* Weekly reporting on all business development KPIs and marketing workstreams
* Competitor analysis using Open Source software and our internal systems
* Website maintenance
* Audience segmentation and devising targeted marketing strategy for clients and brands
* Event management
* Awards and other opportunities for raising profile


The successful Marketing Manager will have:

* A strong business acumen with a desire to succeed in a challenging environment.
* An interest in UK and international politics, policy and regulation
* The enthusiasm, drive and ability to work on an autonomous or group environment basis.
* The ability to interact confidently and clearly with all levels of internal and external relationships.
* Highly organised and welcoming of the change that exists in a highly dynamic organisation.
* The ability to adapt approach in meetings and subsequent communications according to the seniority of the participants/receiver
* Target focused and a clear written and oral communicator.

Job Offer

Salary circa £35k plus excellent benefits on offer to the successful Marketing Manager based in London.
