Your new role
This is a 3 month temporary role which may go permanent. Your role is a mixed internal and external communications role, managing all communications to the organisation's 500 members through online and offline channels. The role is very content driven, all content will be expected to be on You will also be the lead on member recruitment marketing campaigns managing below the line advertising campaigns. This role is key to achieve organisational goals and you will have a lot of autonomy to make a difference within the membership.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a candidate who comes from a public sector background and ideally will have experience within a membership organisation. As the organisation is going through some change we are looking for a dynamic positive Communications professional who is creative in the approach to their communications strategic. As this role is part of the memberships development goals, the successful candidate must be good developing longstanding relationship with multiple stakeholders. Being a content driven role the successful candidate must be great at writing content in plain English which engages members, as well as enticing people to join.
