Communications Assistant, Cambridge - We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Assistant to join a global B2B organisation, who are the biggest player in their field. Worldwide, the company's employee base in the large thousands and it has a sizeable turnover to match. The Communications Assistant will be part of a friendly site, reporting into the Director of Marketing Communications, covering a wide range of responsibilities.

After several news releases in 2018, our client is continuing a really exciting phase, and there has never been better to join. So, what skills should you have to be considered…?

You'll be drafting press releases, working social media and creating company presentations; so, we are looking for someone who is a proven wordsmith, with plenty of content creation under their belt, especially through social media channels. You'll also need to be a whizz on design software, particularly in the Adobe Creative Suite as you'll be assisting with photo shoots and video production. You'll also need to have a flair for relationship management and organisation, as you'll be managing stakeholders and suppliers, juggling deadlines, priorities, projects and budgets! Plus, there will be the odd trip to Paris to attend trade shows.
