Marketing and eCommerce Director
This entrepreneurial, founder owned online retailer operates in a number of countries across Northern Europe. Poised at the start of period of rapid growth the business has identified a number of opportunities that will allow it to double in size over the next three years. Reporting to the CEO and operating as part of the senior management team the role takes complete responsibility for Marketing & eCommerce for the business.
You will be tasked with developing and leading a team of c.20, providing strategic direction in order to drive sales, customer focus and profitability across the business. The remit includes defining and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C channels as well as increasing basket spend, acquisition and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in an entrepreneurial eCommerce business and demonstrate a strong understanding of both the technical online marketing and overall digital strategy.
You will have unrivalled knowledge of digital marketing and be able to point to demonstrable commercial success in a fast paced digital business.
