My client, an award winning hospitality business based in Lancashire is recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their family run business. Applicants will have a strong marketing background (full marketing mix) ideally within the hospitality sector would be desirable. This a great opportunity to make this role your own and develop brand awareness.

Main Responsibilities:
Reporting into the CEO
Development and coordination of the overall marketing strategy
Development of brand and branded marketing material
Management of library of marketing materials for use by ops and sales team
Collating and sharing best marketing and promotions practice / materials across the team

Coordination of internal & external company events
Coordination of client focused events (3 annual events)
Area Manager Support - unit based marketing / theme day materials
Social media (twitter, linkedin and Web site management and development
Writing web content, press releases, liaising with publication companies
Liaising with external agencies and suppliers
Collateral ordering and price checking / proof read development and sign off
Ordering of stationery and other print needs
Management of marketing store and replenishment to set stock holding levels
Presentation at quarterly operations team on added value and product innovations
Development and implementation of Public Relations and company promotion activities in press and related journals.
Support of sales team in promotion of company to identified markets and consultants (via mail shots and PR activities)
Support head office functions with materials, printing and innovation
Management of overhead budget for marketing and promotions / printing and stationery
Check and sign off or related invoices

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level
Must have extensive marketing experience (full marketing mix) within a hospitality environment or food industry would be desirable
Strong marketing experience within a B2C business, experience of brand marketing, compiling brochures, leaflets, promotions, copywriting, web content, event management
Knowledge of social media channels (facebook, twitter, likedin, you tube, blogs)
Knowledge of email campaigns using mailchimp (other similar packages)
Management experience
Salary up to £35k (depending on experience)
25 days holiday + bank holidays

9-5 hours (mon-friday)
