Your new role
As the Digital Channels Manager you will report to the digital director leading the customer experience across all digital channels, driving online booking via mobile, web and app. You will identify and report on trends in trading performance and develop sales forecasts, using Google Analytics and internal data tools to understand the customer and journey's they are experiencing. You will work effectively across teams to ensure digital guest experience aligns with all other marketing activities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role with excellent numerical and analytical skills as well as a deep technical understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an excellent basic salary of £39,000 + benefits.
