B2B Sales Manager

Better Placed are delighted to be partnered with a leading financial services provider who due to an exciting restructure internally now require further investment to help develop and acquire new business through a combination of marketing channels. The role B2B Marketing Manager is an integral part of the business's B2B Marketing team. The role is in place to develop and execute all retention and acquisition campaigns focused specifically across partnering Banks & Building Societies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivery of marketing activity for Building Societies & Bank partners across multiple products, brands, and channels to drive long term profitability.
* Innovate marketing plans and campaigns through understanding latest channels being deployed across Insurance market.
* Work closely with Sales teams to interlock marketing plans with specified performance ratios and profit targets.
* Drive Digital marketing for the B2B2C channels plans.
* Influence NPD and own marketing plans to take products to market in an impactful and creative way.


* Experience of defining and creating complex communication plans across multiple products and customer segments
* Good understanding and proven track record of D2C or B2B2C channel marketing plans that have driven demonstrable business results
* Excellent understanding of the latest methods of measuring and optimising marketing investments to drive sustainable profitable growth.
* A digital expert with a strong understanding of paid, earned and owned media and the role that each plays in the marketing mix for B2B and B2B2C audiences.
