A fantastic and challenging opportunity for a BD and Marketing Manager to lead a growing management consultancies marketing function. You will be tasked with owning new initiatives while covering Maternity leave for 10 - 12 months.

You will manage a range of strategically aligned BD and marketing activities, the role is responsible for ensuring the wider BD & Marketing plan and subsequent project plans are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. A successful candidate will have solid operational experience in a professional services environment and will excel at developing strong working relationships with various 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders across both offices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support consultants to advise on BD best-practice, materials and tools to ensure effective relationship management
* Oversee the firm's CRM system, ensuring high-quality, accurate client data is maintained and compliant with data protection regulations (GDPR & PECR).
* Support partners/consultants to develop and manage annual client development plans
* Develop firm's approach and processes for measuring client satisfaction, including analysis of assignment feedback to show trends
* Drive creation of topical content with the firm's editorial calendar; ensuring regular production of articles, insights and case-studies
* Plan and execute bi-annual newsletter; identifying suitable topics, working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely completion of content, design and consequent external distribution (via CRM and E-marketing platforms)
* Monitor campaign effectiveness via e-marketing insights and ensure data shapes future direct marketing communications

Key Skills:

* Previous experience as a BD/Marketing Manager within a professional services firm
* Strong project management skills; the ability to implement both strategic and tactical initiatives, and to manage multiple projects.
* Experience of CRM software and online mailing system integration to ensure firm-wide compliance with data protection regulations
* Proven track record in content development and a sound understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques
