The primary purpose of this role is to provide strong and proactive marketing support to the stores & commercial department, as well as implement the marketing strategy aligned with our global framework but answering with the local needs.

Based in London, the Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

* Responsible for the successful planning, implementation and follow-up of our global and local marketing calendar and campaigns

* Work closely with the store managers regarding the implementation and co-ordination of the marketing calendar and seasonal campaigns

* Liaise with our agencies and local printers for the POSm development, charter installations etc.

* Follow-up and report on KPI's and objectives after each campaign

* Work closely with the airport's marketing teams in order to develop collaborative campaigns for each location

* Develop brand relationships for the purpose of in-store and online animations according to the global marketing plan

* Liaise with our creative agency to develop campaign communications for in-store and online

* Manage the social media accounts in the UK Ad hoc project management (business development, events,…)

* Proof-reading and text approvals for marketing campaigns, press release, tender books….

* Budget follow-up: - Monitor and track the marketing spend per store according to the budget

* Review and process invoices associated to the marketing department


Based in London, the successful candidate must have/be:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in retail marketing (travel retail experience is a bonus)

* Having French as a second language would be a benefit but not a necessity.

* Successful track-record of delivering quality campaigns in a timely and measureable manner

* Extensive budget management experience

* Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

* Can build relationships and work collaboratively internally & externally

* Strong presentation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects to own initiative in a busy working environment

* Must be confident with frequent travel across the UK and Ireland
