A new opportunity has arisen, and this one is fantastic. I am seeking a Brand Manager to join a small and innovative business in tremendous growth and focusing within the toys, games, entertainment and FMCG sector. Ideally you will have a passion for entertainment and experience within Brand, as you will owning the strategy for two leading consumer brands. This role will be based in West London.

You will join a small team, experiencing great success and growth and you will be given autonomy over two high performance brands. There is a development plan in place for this brand manager; and the ideal candidate will always have a passion for the creative sectors, toys, games and entertainment.


The successful Brand Manager will be responsible for the following;

Supporting the Marketing Manager in the implementation and delivery of the annual brand plans across 2 toys, games and entertainment brands.
To provide day to day marketing support, acting as the first point of contact ensuring assets and plans are shared accordingly.
To ensure assets and materials including POS are approved internally and/or via licensors to meet brand guidelines.
Attendance at events will also include demonstrations and showcasing of products in the showroom to Distributors.
Manage price lists database, and provide up to date product information for creation of price lists.


The successful candidate will have a passion for toys, games and entertainment and ideally, some experience in these fields too! You will be straight into the deep end and be expected to be inquisitive with a true passion for the creative industries and innovation.

You will ideally also have...

People agility: be a skilled communicator and facilitator, able to build strong personal relationships with team colleagues, Distributors and cross functional teams.
An understanding of creating & manipulating pricing.
Some experience in consumer products brand and trade marketing gained from practical experience with a proven track record of results (brand planning, pricing, marketing plan development, execution and evaluation, marketing budget planning and management, project management).
