Description

The position of Head of Consumer Insights and Research will have the following responsibilities:
Lead on consumer research road map, assessing critical issues
Understand the in depth behavioural drivers of the current and potential customers
Align research strategy with commercial aims
Act as methodology subject matter expert
Compile information on industry and competitors, developing reports for the leadership team
Ensure a framework is put in place that can be used by the company as they scale up and enter new markets
Track NPS
Encourage the leadership to use analytics to guide key decisions


Profile

The successful Head of Consumer Insights and Research candidate will possess the following:
Minimum 2:1 degree
Extensive Consumer Research/Insights experience
Understand survey design methodology and NPS
Able to to confidently lead an insights function and present to senior leadership
Understand how to create research strategies that fit a high growth model
Preferably experience agency side, but in-house still of interest
