Description

The role of Head of Brand and Advertising includes the following responsibilities:
Manage ATL campaigns from end to end, with a big focus on TV
Manage creative agencies and ensure projects are delivered to tight timescales
Employ effective test and learn strategies and be data driven in your approach
Oversee high-level brand strategy and act as brand guardian across all marketing activities
Work with PR agency to manage media relations and taking a proactive approach that aligns with wider marketing activity
Work with research and insights team to define key audiences


Profile

The successful candidate for this London based role will possess the following:
Minimum 2:1 degree, ideally from a top university
Previous experience in a creative consumer focused marketing/brand role
A good understanding of TV and wider ATL marketing
Ideally have a track record at a high growth B2C focused business, with a positive reputation amongst consumers
Able to be hands on as well as strategic and operate in a 'lean' environment
Understand Brand management and creation of brand guidelines across all channels
Be data driven in approach and able to identify key commercial metrics for reporting
Able to demonstrate leadership and a proactive, impactful approach
