As the Communications Manager for this leading Financial Services company you will:

* Develop and implement a creative and engaging communications strategy and plan that supports a rolling 1-2-year project roadmap that evolves over time
* Will manage and deliver communications for specific firm-wide initiatives to deliver new internal communication channels, appraise and evaluate existing channels and be able to tell stories in a compelling and engaging way
* Manage the Customer experience - putting the external and internal customers' needs at the forefront of how we deliver change. Achieving this by listening, by making the complex straight forward and by delivering on expectations.
* Recognise that everything can be improved. Learns by continuously improving and react positive to feedback.
* Partner with senior leaders and change teams to deliver change activity in a way to minimise impact on colleague engagement levels.
* Ensure alignment with key business goals and overall business strategy
* Oversee the content for internal digital communications, including websites, internal social media, blogs and email campaigns
* Protect and enhance the business's brands in all its activities. Use writing and editing skills to create content for a variety of media using the company tone of voice
* Will deploy a range of skills and knowledge to plan, deliver and measure successful campaigns and interventions.
* Implement and embed the Change & Transformation vision in the team and create a culture of high performance, excellent execution, first class standards and a passion for delivery through timely, effective and clear communications
* Be accountable for implementing communications for most key initiatives
* Help manage Business Engagement communication across the group


The successful Communications Manager will:

* Have an extensive background in internal and external communications
* Be experienced in leading external and internal change communications across a medium to large organisation
* Will be experienced in managing stakeholders from across different departmental areas
* Will have some experience in digital, internal social media and none traditional channels of communication
* Have practical experience of driving through difficult change
* Be able to provide compelling examples of influencing people's behaviour to adapt to change through a solid communication strategy
* Be experienced in collaborating across client facing and corporate functions to deliver change and communication strategies
* Have the ability to deal with people at various levels of the firm
* Possess excellent MS Word and PowerPoint skills
* Have a strong financial services background as an advantage
* Have a good understanding of the Wealth management business as a further advantage.
* Have experience working in a complex organisation, and with multiple stakeholders

Job Offer

Competitive package circa £55-£65k plus excellent benefits for the successful Communications Manager in London.
