The Digital Content Officer will be responsible for CMS management, analytics, and multimedia content creation - ideal responsibilities for someone looking to build a career in Digital Marketing.

This includes a Digital Transformation project to reach their audiences in a more targeted and effective manner, growing their acquisition and retention capacities across various channels.

Description

The Digital Content Officer is a newly created position with malleable responsibilities, allowing the post holder to get stuck in across the board. Key elements of the job will include:

* Website Management using a bespoke platform (training offered).
* Troubleshoot and resolve web issues as thoroughly as possible before forwarding to the CMS Agency.
* Visual design using Adobe Creative Cloud to create banners, social media and Email imagery.
* Creating ad hoc copy for web pages in line with SEO principles.
* Reporting on web page effectiveness and offering ways to improve Search Engine Performance.


Profile

This is a challenging role but offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment. To carry out these responsibilities the ideal candidate will have:

* Detailed experience of managing a CMS platform, desirably including ticketing management.
* Google Analytics to report on website performance.
* Experience optimising content for search engines.
* Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Experience creating and editing content to adhere with brand strategy.
