Job Description

As the Digital Performance Marketing Executive you will deliver the paid search marketing strategy for all brand franchises, devising optimisation tactics and managing performance of PPC Campaigns through identifying new trends in search and digital advertising, ensuring brands are at the forefront of industry developments.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Managing keyword research and bids, formulating and managing the PPC budgets for each brand franchise.
  • Monitor the performance of current digital advertising campaigns, making recommendations to optimise performance.
  • Research and report on industry and competitor paid search and digital advertising activity and trends.
  • Manage and successfully maintain the day to day relationship with digital advertising suppliers and third parties.
  • Support the Group Head of Marketing in ensuring advert copy is proofread and meets the correct tone of voice for each of the Williams' brand franchises.
  • Develop and optimize every aspect of Williams' PPC and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Support the briefing of multichannel campaigns by ensuring appropriate inclusion of PPC and digital advertising.
  • Based on insight and analysis, identify and make data driven improvements to digital advertising and PPC campaigns.
  • Utilise bid management tools and data modelling to maximise the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
  • Monitor digital advertising campaign results, analyse key metrics, and optimise click-through and conversion rates.
  • Provide clear and accurate reports with actionable insights for each of Williams' franchises on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and other departments to ensure business objectives are met.

The successful Digital Performance Marketing Executive will have:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • Extensive knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Display Network, Bing Ads Interface and Paid Video Ads
  • Advanced understanding of Google Analytics
  • Ability and experience analysing and reporting on data and metrics
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be a strong team player
  • Able to advise and make decisions
