New Product Development Manager
Lansinoh are recruiting for a New Product Develop Manager to join a truly passionate and creative innovation team.

Overall Responsibility:
To generate, develop, implement and review the global business & NPD plan.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Simultaneously own several new products from initial concept to market launch by using the Lansinoh stage gate development process.
  2. Manage the development of each product by identifying key milestones, managing timelines, leading product development and documentation processes, and managing project budgets.
  3. Develop and validate product concepts that deliver on key consumer insights using research techniques including qualitative, quantitative, and experimental testing.


  1. Collaborate with Marketing to set brand/product positioning in accordance to the brand strategy document and Lansinoh’s overall core brand values
  2. Define key product benefits and features that delight the customer and collaborate with Marketing to define marketing claims that align with those benefits and features
  3. Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with all key personnel
  4. Coordinate and liaise with suppliers/factories/products as required to develop, test, approve, and launch the product(s) into the market
  5. Coordinate and liaise with local / regional commercial teams, finance and operations functions to set and manage:

a.       Pricing and margin
b.     Sales channel planning
c.       Supply chain and logistics
d.     Merchandising and display
e.     Sales and distribution
f.       HCP marketing
g.       Consumer marketing
h.     Trade marketing

  1. Active role in ensuring all products pass relevant legal, regulatory & safety requirements
  2. Report progress and achievements as required
  3. Attend company meetings as required

The ideal candidate will be degree educated, with a minimum of 3 years experience within FMCG, Healthcare or Medical Devices. You will have experience launching products from inception to launch with the ability to manage multiple products at any one time. A passion for understanding and using consumer insight to develop and implement NPD and marketing plans is a must.
