The successful FMCG Brand Manager will be responsible for an exciting and growing product category, with ample SKUs. You will lead this challenger brand to achievement; working as part of a small team with a strong focus on NPD, project management and though-the-line activities. This role is based in Surrey and applicants from a consumer background would be well received.

Description

The successful FMCG Brand Manager will be responsible for the following:

Responsible for management and guardianship of your assigned brand.

Product portfolio and NPD process support

Regularly conduct full commercial and financial analysis understanding of total portfolio to unlock continuous improvement potentials

Consolidate and apply insights drawn from consumer, shopper, competitor and market understanding to develop differentiated and engaging activity

Manage the briefing process with internal and external agencies

Develop online presence and manage visibility on both internal and external websites.


Profile

The successful Brand Manager FMCG will have the following attributes;

A background or commitment to the FMCG and/or Consumer and/or Automotive sector

Ideally with both product and brand management expertise.

Ability to work in matrix organisation and manage cross functional teams and projects across multiple locations

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Numerate, commercially astute, with good analytical and reporting skills

General digital marketing skills (knowledge and implementation)



This role will suit an established commercial brand manager.
