An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a fast growing FMCG company that offer a full marketing mix role. You will personally contribute to the direction and growth of the company as it continues its impressive rate.

Client Details

Our client is a fast growing FMCG company that strives in NPD and innovation which has shaped it into the success it is today. The company has grown significantly in the last few years due to its premium products fitting into the demand of its consumer. Their brands stand out from the rest of the market with quirky designs and premium, high quality products loved by all consumers both UK and abroad. The company has some great plans set out for the next 4 years that will only grow them even further creating great opportunities for progression. My client is based in Hertfordshire.


Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for 3 brands.

* Leading innovation (EPD & NPD) projects to increase growth

* Management of consumer marketing budget

* Developing marketing and sales tools to support customer and digital plans

* Full day to day brand management

* P&L Responsibility

* Developing and executing through the line comms campaigns and executions

* Ownership of PR programme including consumer and trade shows/events


Our clients ideal Marketing Manager will be a candidate with previous innovation/NPD experience and have evidence of this. Min 5 years brand management experience within an FMCG environment and have strong project management skills. Background in digital comms across different media and PR channels. Strong relationship builder within in-house teams such as sales- finance and customer services.

Job Offer

The Marketing Manager can expect a salary up to £60k plus bonus and benefits. Flexible working from home 1 day a week may be offered.
