The role is focused on co-ordinating the marketing planning, implementation and monitoring of all multi-media portfolio campaigns and departmental wide projects. This role will manage all projects across the different publications owned and represented by the firm, involving all elements of a typical project management role (complying with deadlines, budgets, monitoring all necessary resources and people needed to successfully achieve results) with the ultimate target of increasing subscriptions among the different publications.

Based in London, it is expected that the Consumer Marketing Project Manager:

* Leads and compiles strategy for projects on an annual basis and gain approval from the SRPM.

* Recruits, manages and develops direct report(s), establishing and reviewing them against clear performance objectives via regular one-to-one meetings and regularly updates SRPM on all of these.

* Be responsible for the financial performance of all portfolio campaigns, in particular Christmas, Mother's and Father's day. Ensures that volume, revenue and profit targets are maximised within the budget agreed at plan/forecast.

* Assists with research into approaches and prospective partners.

* Investigates and initiates new opportunities which will maximise the subscriptions business across the Christmas campaign and departmental wide marketing initiatives.


Based in London, the successful candidate must have/be:

- At least four years direct marketing experience across all marketing channels

- A proven track record of improving revenues and profits in previous roles held

- Subscriptions marketing experience

- Excellent analytical skills

- Outstanding communication skills

- Excellent excel skills

- Project Management skills e.g smartsheets, gant charts
