Marketing Communications Manager (B2B) - London - Permanent

This role is about generating leads for the business development team.

Key responsibilities:

* Act as the primary contact on marketing communications related work.
* Work with teams and senior management to ensure the planning, implementation and delivery of marketing and communications activity achieves set objectives and KPIs.
* Ensure that all relevant goals and objectives are achieved and campaigns are brought in on time, within budget and to a high standard.
* Have strong consumer and business marketing knowledge across all channels including experience in developing microsites.
* Ability to create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
* Lead a small team and manage external contractors as required.


Profile

* You will have broad experience in a marketing role, with proven success of improving acquisition and retention strategies and a strong understanding of email marketing & automation, paid media, audience segmentation and analytics.
* You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be driven to identify new ways of optimising campaigns.
* Ability to create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
* Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
* Demonstrable ability to prioritise activity within a demanding environment.
* Flexibility of approach.
* Experience of developing and implementing customer segmentation.
* Demonstrable track record of having achieved results through working with partners with diverse objectives
* Management of budgets across a range of marketing activity.



* Bachelor's Degree Marketing and or CIM Diploma or equivalent, substantial experience in a similar marketing role.
* Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
* Self-Motivated, Strong Leadership Skills, Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented.
* Strong Attention to detail.
* Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office.
