Orphanages don’t protect children. They harm them. Which is why Hope and Homes for Children are working towards a day when every child can grow up in the love and protection of a family.

We are at an exciting point in our story - we are growing, we are developing new and exciting partnerships with global brands and we are working on an ever-increasing number of innovative new projects and campaigns.

At the heart of this is our dynamic Marketing and Brand team.  We are a talented team with a diverse range of talents from story gathering, design and writing to film production and photography.  We have had some fantastic digital achievements too (recently our End the Silence campaign was shortlisted for a National Fundraising Award) but to complete the team we are looking for someone to take our digital communications to the next level.

As our Digital Marketing Officer, in this new role, you will develop and plan our digital comms and commission and produce excellent digital content. Experience of working in a digital marketing-focused role is important as is excellent communication skills, the commitment and drive to deliver against deadlines, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for our work.

In return, we will provide you with learning and development opportunities and generous flexible working practices.  You will become part of a friendly and collaborative team who are proud of the excellent work we produce.   You will also be part of a culture of owning and driving your own performance demonstrated by our recent staff survey in which we scored over 90% on commitment and motivation.   Most of all, you will be part of an organisation which knows how to celebrate and have fun.

We’d love to hear from you if you feel inspired by what we do and have the experience and skills to help make the world a better place.

If you have any queries or you would like an informal discussion about this opportunity, please contact the HR team by email:  recruitment@hopeandhomes.org and we’d be happy to help.
