My client, a large successful Legal Services Firm in Manchester is recruiting a Marketing Campaign Executive to join their large marketing team. If you have extensive marketing campaign background across all all channels with a Professional Services background then please get in touch!

Key Responsibilities:
The marketing campaign executive will assist the marketing campaign manager to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and new business/lead generation campaigns across a range of legal service areas within the company.
You will be given responsibility for a number of national departments, offices and/or strategic programmes of work
Assist in development of marketing plans for identified departments across the firm, ensuring alignment with firm wide marketing and business strategic plans
Support the delivery of tactical marketing and lead generation campaign plans for identified departments. This includes supporting the Marketing Campaign Manager to build an annual campaign calendar and managing multiple lead generation campaigns across all channels to assist departments in achieving new business targets at an acceptable cost
Working with Head of Digital and other stakeholders (within Marketing, internal departments and external experts) to help ensure that the Company's digital platform is fully utilised, optimised and supports the firm, its products and services
Working with stakeholders across the practice areas and from core business support functions to identify new business and market opportunities and develop marketing plans and campaigns to take advantage of them
Monitor and measure the impact of all marketing campaign activities to ensure returns are maximised
Provide marketing guidance and expertise to stakeholders within the firm
Develop and manage customer facing collateral ensuring it delivers the correct proposition and is consistent/supports the brand
Management of marketing budgets for identified departments to maximise all returns
This will include analysis of spend v return for all campaigns and agreed KPIs
Working closely with stakeholders, management of external client facing events including identification of event, sourcing venues, staging the event, follow-up and analysis of returns
Management and implementation of specific marketing related projects and programmes of work to support the business in achieving its agreed objectives

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level
Must have recent experience working in a similar marketing role within the legal/professional services sectors or similar experience (B2C)
Delivery of tactical campaign plans (across all channels) ie social media, email campaigns, direct mail, CRM etc
Knowledge of mail chimp or salesforce would be desirable
Lead generation and new business through the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
Support in delivering marketing and communication mix/channels
Developing and implementing marketing support materials
Managing agency relationships
Able to work well in multi-disciplined/cross functional teams
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with multiple stakeholders
Enthusiastic, positive and "can-do" attitude towards work
Well organised and must be able to prioritise workloads
