I am currently seeking applicants for a Customer Marketing Manager (FTC) based in Hampshire for a consumer and FMCG business with ambitious growth targets.

This consumer and FMCG business has a global reach and a focus on driving best practice into the UK market. With a welcoming environment and ambitious growth targets; this business is requesting an immediately available Customer Marketing Manager for 12 Months.


Description

The successful Customer Marketing Manager (FTC) will be responsible for the creation of promotional programmes and other demand-creating initiatives. They must also have a focus on pricing, channel strategy, sales toolkit creation and the supporting and assisting of cross-functional initiatives.

* To deliver key category, customer and shopper insights that support sales teams to drive performance with key accounts and channels
* Proactively identify, recommend and facilitate implementation of growth opportunities, showing thought leadership based on industry best practice
* Show deep understanding of the retailers' issues and opportunities, and develop bespoke plans to combat these, always keeping the customer at the heart of decision making.


Profile

The successful Customer Marketing Manager (FTC) will be available to start ASAP and have the following competencies;

Leadership, Excellent communication and persuasion skills, Problem solving & analytics, Highly numerate, Flexibility of style, Customer focus, Capable of motivating others and overcoming barriers and being comfortable with change.
