Plan and implement a marketing strategy to aid the companies 300% growth plan by 2022 for a growing Professional services business near Henley-On-Thames.

Described by clients as flexible, dynamic and innovative based near Henley, They have a flexible approach to working which include a blended client site and homeworking model, along with London hubs and the head office near Henley-On-Thames. Making this role easily accessible from all locations. They're looking to recruit a talented Head of Marketing with experience in the professional services B2B sector. As Head of Marketing you will be the 'leading light' thought leader and delivery expert in all aspects of marketing across the business. Being instrumental in driving growth through a multi-channel strategy which you will design and deliver.


As Head of Marketing your responsibilities would include:

* Drive revenue whilst building brand recognition and perception in the professional service marketplace

* Diagnose key growth areas that are incorporated into the marketing strategy to deliver 300% growth by 2022

* Set and manage a marketing budget

* Create, Measure and measure campaign effectiveness

* Diagnose, design and deliver a multi-channel strategy which ultimately delivers new business growth in 5 key areas of the business.

* Deliver increased brand awareness, along with the development of external key customer community groups, enhanced digital and social channel activity, as well as improved operational marketing in areas such as the website, brochures, campaigns and lead generation.

* Be accountable for business partnering with our Sales Leaders and 5 Heads of Expertise, proactively devising the support that will bring about the growth that has been outlined in each of the 5 areas of expertise strategic 4 year business plans.

* Build the brand

* Channel specific campaigns

* Deeper analysis of CRM and data insights

* Conduct market mapping to aid in understanding the marketplace to accurately understand market share

* Refine the customer value proposition and ensure it is reflected in all client communication

* Work closely with sales to agree sales goals, customer proposals and retention plans.

* Define and own the brand guidelines and ensure they are followed

* Determine strategic and operational key performance metrics alongside head of sales

* Diagnose and establish relationships with external agencies and suppliers to fulfil end to end marketing requirements

* Create plans for and deliver marketplace recognition via awards and events

* Spearhead improvement for Lead generation strategy

* Manage a small team of marketing professionals


* You will have experience in professional services or a marketing agency where you've worked across multiple proposition sets.

* You'll have managed and implementing all aspects of the marketing mix, covering proposition, Pricing, Sales and Promotional strategies

* Brand Management and development in a highly competitive market

* Developed and delivered improved customer experience

* Stakeholder management

* Have a proven track record of growth in a multi discipline business

* Strong understanding of Digital Marketing

* Previously worked in an SME environment

* Be a pragmatic, hands on deliverer not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

* Be comfortable working in a growth environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and proven track record in budget management and delivery of proven ROI.
