Responsibility for the managing the development and deployment of the brand strategy and will support the delivery of the strategy to increase client and employee engagement.

* Providing strategic counsel on the best brand solution to communicate strategy by taking into consideration business owner plans, audience insight, respective customer journeys, products and services in order to build the strength of the brand and create unique experiences
* Leading, influencing and aligning business owners on the importance of brand as a key strategic driver of business
* Consulting with business owners to better integrate business solutions and provide Brand recommendations
* Overseeing the team's varied project management responsibilities - managing the process and key stakeholders throughout; from client brief through to conclusion
* Ownership of the organisation's unified brand strategy for the UK and other regions ensuring the highest levels of brand guardianship globally
* Working with regional marketing managers to promote and strengthen a culture of shared responsibility and accountability for brand development globally and ensure regional alignment
* Management of the London brand team to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective client brand management from brief to completion
* Ensuring the continual improvement of the brand team by contributing to best practice, learning and ideas
* Management of the content delivery when preparing and presenting brand updates to senior management, taking the feedback and actioning the appropriate response
* Management of budgets and management reporting
* Measuring the performance of campaigns and generating management information to contribute to the development and performance of the team
* Liaising with any external agencies as necessary to deliver creative brand solutions



* Understanding of business strategy and brand alignment to the strategy
* Demonstrable experience with integrated brand management across multiple channels and markets with an understanding of how insight, brand and technology come together to deliver customer experience
* Strong creative and business expertise with a passion for storytelling and brand building both internally and externally
* Strong planning, project management and client-servicing skills
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to drive projects through to a conclusion
* Strong writing and communications and an excellent attention to detail
* Digitally savvy with experience using tools to monitor and measure marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations
* An understanding of the customer journey/experience and how to continually improve on this
* Experience leading a team and ensuring business objectives are met
* Budget management and performance reporting


* Experience of working in brand led transformation, in-house or agency
* CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing or similar
