The CRM Manager plays a part in every user touch-point. They will work collaboratively to map out entry points and plan scenarios, briefing others on functionality enhancements to improve overall experience.

Working in a remarkable, empathetic team with a strong work ethic, the CRM Manager is responsible for:

* Delivering a multichannel CRM against set KPIs

* Responsible for CRM Communications to both young people and their guardians
* Providing insights on segmentation and communicating effectively to different audiences
* Enabling collaborative work across functions to ensure the dialogue is as rich to the user as possible
* Creating and maintaining a CRM Calendar of activity
* Producing a monthly report analysing communications performance relative to targets


With strong technical ability and a personable demeanour, the candidate who will make the most positive difference for the organisation will also:

* Have a deep exposure to managing a CRM
* Have worked across long user-journeys, which could be 6 months from initial interest to conversion
* Desirably, they'll also have some experience working in the youth sector, and ensuring people attend programmes
* Exposure to or the ability to quickly comprehend Salesforce is also desirable
* Have a strong work ethic and alignment with the values of the organisation
