In this high profile role, you'll apply a commercial and performance focus to using data to produce the stand out marketing, plans and strategies that deliver consistent customer acquisition. Working collaboratively and with a range of stakeholders, you'll produce campaigns that connect with customers better, more usefully and with more relevance, overcoming diverse marketing challenges and solving problems creatively while optimising all channels appropriately. Overall, you're interested in doing amazing work that enhances business performance as part of an established yet innovative brand.

An experienced, commercial and analytical marketer, you'll have up to date knowledge of current marketing concepts, strategies and best practice, and are comfortable and confident in putting them to work. You'll also have already run commercial acquisition marketing plans on behalf of service-led brands, delivered results and understand what it takes to deliver campaigns that sharpen competitive edge. You'll also have good understanding of web and e-commerce MI and management reporting, exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience of the financial services sector. Overall, you'll be outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate about making a difference.
