Reporting directly in to the Chief Executive Officer, the role will suit someone who has a strong B2B full marketing mix experience gained within the Telco/Technology industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and executing on marketing strategy while managing a small marketing team based in Europe and the USA. This role will require the person to work closely with the company's leadership & sales team to make sure the marketing strategy is aligned with business & sales objectives.

The role:

* Work with the C-Level Team to understand the business objectives
* Development of Marketing Strategy & go-to-market plans
* Working closely with various internal stakeholders to shape marketing strategy so it is aligned with sales objectives & revenue targets
* Managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
* Development and implementation of the brand strategy
* Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
* Managing relationships with external agencies and partners
* Leading a small marketing team to coordinate activities and motivate them to work in an effective and joined up manner

Your profile:

* Proven experience in general marketing role within B2B sector
* Solid track record of managing multi-channel campaigns on a global scale
* Experience in managing a team & coaching junior members of the team
* Analytical and solutions-oriented
* Proactive, confident self-starter
* Minimum degree educated
* At least 5-7 years experience in Management of teams
* Multi-Lingual, German, French and English (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills; with an ability to quickly develop customer relationships
