My client, a leading Professional Services is now recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, control, implement and measure the PPC activity and develop the overall business strategy. This is a new position working closely with the marketing team and developing the SEO/Paid Social Media and other digital strategies, to increase conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and develop detailed strategies for PPC campaigns - conducts research to identify appropriate keywords to attain campaign objectives and plans within set budgets for best results
Plan and develop paid social media campaigns with design/campaign help from the marketing team, targeting specific audience's dependant on product type and ensuring a return on budget allocation
Collaborate with marketing team and development team to ensure that PPC activity is integrated into plans for ongoing web development, help create/plan modern and creative landing pages for PPC campaigns
Interrogate performance / customer data to identify customer segments and develop separate strategies to target these focusing activities efficiently and effectively
Keep knowledge up to date/analyses new trends in the marketplace and makes quick decisions about how to translate these into workable solutions/campaigns
Collaborate with marketing team to ensure all activity is considered alongside/integrated with other acquisition activity and within brand guidelines
Working with marketing team to create insightful reports and analysis using key analytics tools to test, track and measure against key performance indicators to optimise performance and improve effectiveness of activity
Work with the marketing team for continued development of the company SEO strategy ensuring integration with all other B2B and B2C firm campaign/initiatives

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level/CIM Qualification (desirable)
Must have extensive digital marketing experience and PPC within a commercial capacity
Proven experience within a similar role in digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Paid Social Media, ie facebook advertising etc.) with PPC tactics is essential
Experienced in keyword research, ROI, competitive analysis and the application of data mining tools
Knowledge of Adobe packages or html would be desirable
Experienced in undertaking large scale audits to identify optimisation opportunities
Knowledge of and understanding of the application of legislative and regulatory requirements
Eye for detail and highly accurate in work
Understanding how Content Management Systems work and how these and content strategy impact on search (and customer behaviour)
Deep knowledge of web analytics software
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload
Good organisational skills
Strong (communication) verbal and written skills and (influencing) negotiation and persuasion skills
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver projects
Company Benefits:
Salary up to £35k (Negotiable, depending on experience)
20 days holiday+ bank holidays (after 1 year - 25, after 5 yrs 30)
