The Head of Marketing position is for a leading UK brand and will oversee the campaign management team across all product areas. The role is based in central London.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing role will include the following:
Lead the Campaign Management team in the development and delivery of key customer campaigns
Ensure strategic plans align with wider business aims
Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilising appropriate KPIs
Manage external agencies and wider internal teams, to ensure timely delivery and high quality
Use insight and data led approaches to maximise performance across the mix of channels
Manage budgets
Ensure activity is brand and industry compliant


Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Strong experience in a senior B2C campaign management role
Have worked in Financial Services or another regulated environment
Excellent knowledge across the full mix of channels, including digital
Have strong examples of insight led decision making
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence decisions using clear commercial reasoning
Experience of leading and developing direct reports
