Your new company
You will work for a leading recruitment organisation within the large and successful bids and contracts team, on a maternity cover basis. You will be based in the flagship head office in London, in a dynamic and energetic office environment.

Your new roleYou will report to the Bid Director and be responsible for managing and/or supporting the bid process and the production of bid/ proposition documentation depending on bid type and complexity.


* Responsibility for the management of bids, including developing bid plans and resource schedules (Project Management)
* Management of all elements of bid document production
* Leading teams in the preparation of PQQs, ITTs and other bid documentation
* Liaison with client and internal stakeholders
* Managing consultation between bid team, key stakeholders and client throughout the bid process including pricing negotiation
* Managing the timely and accurate production of bid documents
* Involvement with the design and presentation of bids
* Reporting on overall bid progress, preparation of status briefing material
* Reporting on KPIs & MI to Bid Director

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working ideally within a recruitment organisation, or an organisation that provides a service. You will have excellent planning and organisation skills, as well as project management abilities. You will have the ability to understand a client's needs and contribute to solution formation before the documents are completed. You will be able to write all tender documents and also be able to engage on high level negotiations. You will be able to write and lead tailored presentations, and also have an understanding of a service based organisation.
