A leading financial services organisation based in Yorkshire.

Due to a rapid increase in digital activity, my client is actively looking for a technically savvy Digital Marketing Manager with significant SEO, PPC and optimisation experience to join their integrated digital tech team.

Responsibilities

* Technical lead on digital landscape across all paid and earned channels, particularly PPC, SEO, and programmatic
* Key Interface with Digital and UKD teams
* Creation and deployment of digital marketing strategy across all audiences
* Work with UK performance team and Global SEO Manager to develop and implement local SEO strategy
* Work with UK content teams to optimise content creation and web copy
* Develop and implement link building strategy
* Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
* Measure effectiveness of SEO activity and report back to stakeholders
* Work with the Global DP&D team to design and build optimised templates
* Work with the Development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
* Develop and manage working relationships with external search agencies
* Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns to further guide SEM activity
* Create highly effective relationships with key partners such as Adobe, agencies, Global Marketing and other external organisations to contribute to and interpret the change agenda using AAM

Personal Profile

* Extensive, proven PPC / SEO experience
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
* In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
* Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
* Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing
