Responsibility for assisting the Marketing Communications Manager with all areas of digital marketing and content in order to achieve the overall marketing and commercial objectives.

Marketing Communications Executive (B2B) - Not -for-profit - Permanent - London

* Work with stakeholders and third party agencies to define and deliver robust digital content that supports the objectives and commercial business streams.
* Use the website's content management system (CMS), currently Drupal, to create, manage and edit optimised content. Strongly contribute to the website content strategy.
* Writing informative and effective search engine optimised copy for the website/newsletters and external blog postings.
* Using the CRM to maximise online marketing opportunities.
* Managing the company's email marketing campaigns.
* Managing the organisations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
* Managing the content diary for social media content.
* Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt. Monitoring social media for company mentions and engaging with customers where relevant.
* Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity.
* With the rest of the Marketing Communications team act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.
* Overseeing PPC campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment.


Knowledge, skills:

* Excellent knowledge about current best practice in digital marketing and content management

* Excellent communication skills including the ability to write clearly

* Ability to use and have experience of Word, PowerPoint and Excel

* Demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with people at different levels

* Ability to use own initiative and know when to refer issues up to a more senior level

* Be results orientated with excellent attention to detail

* Have good organisational skills including ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your work

* Essential:
* Key experience required:
* Experience of working in a digital marketing team
* Demonstrable writing and editing experience for digital media
* Strong experience of a working with a current CMS preferably Drupal
* Web editing, design, image manipulation, and website development experience
* Understanding of the web development environment
* SEO, paid search and social media familiarity
* Creation and interpretation of digital reports to identify future enhancements and requirements.
