Senior Brand Manager - Charity - London - Permanent

Our client are about to launch a new brand strategy and this role will be key to ensuring successful role out. You will be supporting and project managing the implementation of a new 3-5 year brand strategy in close liaison with the Director of Brand, Head of Brand and relevant programme boards. You will provide internal brand consultancy and advice as appropriate to ensure key stakeholders and teams across Macmillan align activity with the brand, to maximise impact.

The Main responsibilities are:

* To provide internal brand consultancy and advice as appropriate to ensure key stakeholders and teams across Macmillan align activity with the brand, to maximise impact.
* To manage a rolling brand education programme to inspire and equip staff to contribute effectively to the building of the brand.
* Oversee the monitoring and reporting of brand health measures and the competitive landscape, working closely with agency partners and Evidence and Insight team.
* To deliver the annual Brand team plan, to budget.
* To manage, develop and motivate the Brand team to improve performance with direct line management responsibility for the Brand Officer.
* To build internal and external networks as part of the Brand team's influencing strategy including the delivery of internal and external presentations.
* To deputise for the Head of Brand and Creative at internal and external meetings wherever necessary.


Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience of leading brand strategy development, brand identity and creative projects
* Good interpersonal skills
* Excellent influencing and communication skills
* Broad marketing experience and understanding
* Ability to work at all levels of the organisation and to relate to a variety of audiences
* Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
