Description

The key responsibilities as the PR & Marketing Manager in Bristol are:



To plan, develop, execute & manage email campaigns, marketing database, email, social media (LinkedIn) with support from the Marketing Director, graphic designer, creative director, sales team & Copywriter & external marketing agencies.







PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES



These primary activities are to include:-



* Create email campaigns and social media campaigns in collaboration with Marketing director and studio resource

* Plan and Schedule a yearly marketing plan

* Test & apply new creative marketing & growth strategies

* Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

* Manage marketing analytics & statistics

* Suggest & support SEO and website improvements in collaboration with the companies strategies

* Manage Web referrals & Web related enquiries

* Delegate & collaborate with external marketing agencies including copywriter

* Organise and book in photography including interviewing photographers whilst keeping an accurate photographer database up to date

* Attend marketing networking groups and bring back learnings to sales and marketing team

* Maintaining and cleaning the 1CRM database in regards to accounts and contacts with a medium term target of 95% accuracy. This includes qualifying these contacts to ensure we have the relevant person/people. This is for both retail marketing and procurement departments.



* To grow the company prospects (contacts) by at least 5% per year and to grow the total number of companies by a minimum of 5% per year.

* To provide reports based on activity levels when applicable and requested by Marketing Director

* To provide weekly sales team opportunity reports

* Incorporate 1CRM training and improvements where needed collaborating with organisations strategies



* Communicating effectively and regularly to the database of prospects and clients. This drip feed is to stimulate brand awareness, interest and responses - so that more opportunities are generated by our general marketing.

* As a benchmark target - you will aim to have 25% of our mailers opened as a minimum level once mailings are regular. As a benchmark target - you will aim at achieving a 1% conversion rate as a minimum level. (I.e. a request for a meeting and/or briefing). All gone-away, undelivered and out of office responses to be followed up quickly to ensure our database is up to date.

* Contacting key personnel within the unallocated section of the 1CRM prospect list. This will also include maintaining close relationships and recording all information on to our 1CRM platform. Your aim will be to achieve opportunities for organisation to be included in pitches and tenders for new projects. As a benchmark target each month - you will be sending out a minimum of 2 pieces of marketing communication.


Profile

The Successful PR & Marketing Manager will be able to do the above tasks and will:

* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word.

* Be aware that the job is not 8.30am to 5.00pm at all times.

* Be able to prioritise workload and produce presentable work.

* Have a good telephone manner.

* Be able to work in a team.



The PR & Marketing Manager will collabratate with other teams. The company break down for the Bristol office is as followed:
