Lead a team to deliver a range of marketing activities that drive customer acquisition and retention to achieve growth targets across the Group's brands.

Client Details

A public sector organisation that offer a unique social business model, based near Liverpool are looking for a Head of Marketing to build at team that support the aspirations of the organisation.


As the Head of Marketing you will be required to:

* Create and implement customer acquisition plans for each of the organisation's brands to deliver new prospective customers Devise and implement a full range of digital marketing activity to improve brand awareness and deliver sales targets including managing PPC, SEO and social media
* Produce quality content that drives demand generation
* Work with teams across the business to ensure the value propositions meet business and customer needs
* Use marketing automation to implement customer welcome, nurture and retention programmes to drive sales
* Creates advocacy programmes to deliver referred sales
* Devise and deliver programmes of activity to cross sell products and services across our customer base.
* Develop and deliver effective marketing plans to ensure growth objectives are achieved across the organisation, using the full range of tools and techniques from across the marketing mix to engage all target markets and customers
* Contract management of agencies to maximise results and value for money


The successful Head of Marketing will have:

* A relevant degree or equivalent
* Comfortable working to targets and KPI's
* Experienced managing a team
* Entrepreneurial approach
* Strong influencing skills
* Be commercially minded
