Marketing Director B2B
An experienced and forward thinking Marketing Director required to lead the marketing strategy for two key Brands, through the delivery of a range of activity to Trade Partners. You will need to identify and exploit all opportunities for business growth through innovation and the implementation of a well-constructed and creative marketing strategies to ensure the brands remain market leaders.
Working in collaboration with the senior team to input into the overall business strategy, ensuring the marketing department plan is aligned and achieves/exceeds sales targets and overall profitability.
Promoting and delivering an extensive marketing strategy, maintaining focus on customer retention and acquisition, you must be able to manage separate brands and ensure marketing partnerships are built and maintained to deliver commercial results.
Leading and managing a large team, this is a multi-site role, demanding the need for proven leadership skills, to continue to deliver synergy and effective working partnerships between the locations and brand teams. Supporting the MD in the delivery and execution of the growth plans and distribution strategies, you will be a key part of the leadership team. Solid marketing experience within Travel is needed, along with strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and support change in a collaborative way.
Proven delivery of offline marketing strategies along with the ability to drive innovation and a new routes to market, forward thinking, dynamic with creative thinking, this is a fantastic role for a senior marketeer to lead the success of the marketing function and overall business. With multi-site locations you will travel on a regular basis, spending significant time in each location.
