The Corporate Communications Manager will work with the VP Corporate Communications to devise tone of voice and produce compelling and accessible communications internally and externally. This newly created role will require frequent travel across the UK and Internationally, based in Wiltshire.

Description

The Corporate Communications Manager:

* Supporting the VP Corporate Communications and working with SLT.
* Managing external agencies.
* Developing compelling story lines with consistent messaging and tone of voice across all channels.
* Write press releases and track exposure.
* Devising and delivering annual communications plans.
* Editing internal employee magazine.
* Devising and delivering internal communications plans to increase employee engagement.
* Owning co-ordination and delivery of the company wide meetings.
* Managing investor relation communications.
* Managing crisis communications.


Profile

The Corporate Communications Manager will have:

* Education to degree level or higher, ideally within Writing, English or Journalism.
* A strong background in managing and leading multi channel communications, internally and externally.
* A proven background in devising and implementing annual communications plans.
* A strong background in writing press releases.
* A strong background in communicating at all levels of the business.
* A strong background in effectively managing agencies.
* A track record of producing compelling and thought leadership content.
* Commercial mind-set.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
* Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
