Marketing Campaign Executive - Fitness Industry

My client is a vibrant business in the B2B fitness and group exercise space, currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Executive to support the Marketing Campaign Manager and UK Marketing Director in delivering insight-led campaigns, thought-leading B2B marketing materials to build their customer's businesses, attracting more fitness instructors and encouraging gym membership growth and retention.

About the role:

* You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and communications in line with campaign needs.
* Playing a key role in supporting campaign and content strategies to generate new leads for the business, working closely alongside the sales/customer experience team.
* Ensuring consistency in communications strategy is key to successful customer relationship and paying special attention to detail.
* Managing and executing email communications on time and on brand.
* Monitoring and managing social media channels, e.g. Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook in line with content strategy.
* Collaborating with global teams to remain aware of content plans for social media.
* Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns.
* Developing, evolving and maintaining the overall UK content and social media plan alongside the Content Manager to increase engagement of club and instructor audiences.
* Working closely alongside the Campaign Manager, you will execute, evaluate and report on overall campaign success to positively impact revenue.
* Developing and managing a communications calendar to share with internal teams.
* Executing agreed content and social media plan through the agreed channels, on time and to budget.
* Working flexibly with other functions in the business to adapt the plan where needed, e.g. global marketing, CX.
* Supporting and measuring all campaigns and recommending improvements.
* Managing monthly reporting needs to internal and global teams.
* Taking ownership of monitoring website traffic and behaviours with the NZ based online team.
* Executing communications strategy on time and on brand while providing necessary transparency to internal teams.

About you:

* Accountable, confident, and have a proven track record of success.
* Experienced in managing social media marketing channels.
* Experience using an email marketing system (DotMailer, MailChimp)
* Experienced managing web content through CMS.
* Energetic and flexible with a sleeves rolled-up approach!
* Self-motivated, resilient and flexible.
* Able to put in the groundwork to set up marketing systems and processes.
* Comfortable analysing data to tell stories.
* Innovative, creative and forward thinking.
* Embracing change and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
* Embraces a level of ambiguity and can work creatively to put forward suggestions/ideas!
