With an industry-leading Marketing recruitment business, we are seeking a driven, dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a growing temp-recruitment team working predominantly with Charity and Not-For-Profit clients.

Description

Your job as Talent Acquisition Consultant will be to manage an impressive client portfolio of charities, local councils, educational institutions and associations, providing temporary staffing solutions for marketing roles.

Tapping into your natural ability to build relationships, listen to people's needs and string together the different pieces of a puzzle, you will offer solutions that are mutually beneficial to both clients and candidates.

Day to day responsibilities in this rewarding role will include:

* Identifying and selling new business opportunities to new and existing clients
* Building client relationships within your portfolio, learning to understand business needs, cultural fit and how your business can bridge the two
* Developing a network of candidates, understanding their motivations and aspirations and supporting them in their career search
* Sourcing candidates for marketing roles with your clients and managing both parties throughout the entire recruitment process in a manner that effectively address their requirements, creates return business and improves your financial outcomes
* Meeting on a regular basis with clients and candidates both in the field and at the office to continuously improve the quality of your relationships and your understanding of their needs


Profile

If you react quickly to commercial opportunities, can handle multiple projects to disparate timelines, are able to look at the big picture to connect the dots then you may have the skills to be a successful Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Previous experience in sales or recruitment is greatly valued but not essential provided you are interested in working (and growing) in such an environment. Coming from a different background but possessing strong networking and client development skills, a high professional standard and a commercial mindset can prove just as useful.
