Due to an internal promotion I am recruiting a Senior Digital Project Manager. My client is a global eCommerce Agency, supporting B2B and B2C clients in exceeding their commerce goals on Magento.

Client Details

My client is a global eCommerce Agency, supporting B2B and B2C clients in exceeding their commerce goals on Magento. As the world's leading Magento Global Elite Partner, they have delivered tailored eCommerce solutions to more than 400 brands over the past 9 years. They boast having delivered more Magento 2 Enterprise solutions (including some of the very largest and most complex) than any other partner globally. Based in Central London.

Description

The Senior Digital Project Manager role is a key one for the business, responsible for managing the front-end and back-end ecommerce development team, designers and UX teams to deliver a variety of ecommerce websites for the businesses clients. This is likely to use either Agile methodology or a Kanban development process. As point of contact between customers and developers you will manage the Product backlog as product owner, handle Sprint and Release planning and maintain reliable and accurate timelines with the customer, keeping them up to date with changes.

Profile

The ideal candidate for the Senior Digital Project Manager role is likely to have come from either an agency or clientside background within Digital Product Management, with an understanding of UX principles that make a strong ecommerce marketing website. This individual will have used an agile methodology and Kanban process previously, and will have worked as Product owner previously. A background within development would be useful, or at least the ability to communicate with very technical ecommerce developers. Magento experience would be ideal.
