Our client is a leading, business and private bank, head-quartered in the UK and with a long-standing heritage. They are seeking to grow their team by recruiting a Senior Manager Community, CSR and Partnerships you will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of a community, CSR and partnership programmes plan.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community and Partnerships Manager to use their SME skills to define and deliver the community, CSR and partnership strategy, playing a key role in advising the bank's charitable foundation.

About the role:

* Owning the annual marketing plan for responsible banking including integrated campaign activity across events, PR, customer promotions, employee engagement and social media.
* Defining, managing, delivering and reporting the corporate responsibility strategy for key stakeholders.
* Owning the corporate responsibility standard and external financial reporting.
* Acting as the key interface for the bank's independent charitable foundation, and driving the programme to support agreed charities and partners.
* Taking the lead on setting, managing and communicating the group's community, CSR and partnership strategy in line with core brand values.
* Managing accuracy and content of a responsible banking section of the annual financial report and the responsible banking content.
* Owning and managing a programme of community investment initiatives, e.g. financial inclusion, financial education, charity awards etc.
* Owning and managing a programme of employee engagement initiatives, e.g. volunteering, payroll giving etc.
* Managing the governance of charitable donations and support for employee engagement through the group's charitable foundation.
* Representing the bank at external forums and events.
* Owning and driving a programme of internal communications, events and marketing support that drives colleague engagement with responsible banking activities and encourages participation in volunteering and charitable giving initiatives.
* Owning and managing the overall responsible banking budget; reviewing expenditure against plan and forecasting and reporting on this monthly.
* Ensuring all activities meet internal policy standards and are fully compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Required skills and experience:

* Expertise in delivering corporate responsibly strategy and delivery.
* Significant experience of communicating to senior management and executive team.
* Developing and implementing partnership marketing strategies.
* A track record of executing complex marketing campaigns whilst leading a busy team.
* Proven experience of project management.
* Significant experience in effective verbal and written communications.
* A degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in media relations.
* Prior experience of delivering responsible banking or CSR programmes is desirable.
* Existing knowledge of the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
