The Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Director in developing brand market position and value propositions for both B2C and B2B audiences, and will lead the marketing team in delivering campaigns aligned with marketing strategy as defined by the Marketing Director.

With 60 years of industry experience in staffing for manufacturing, catering and logistics jobs, our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing, dynamic marketing team on a maternity cover.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

* Managing a team of 4, including 1-to-1s and definition of personal development plans
* Managing relationships with all external suppliers
* Delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns to a B2C audience and ensuring the application of brand guidelines in communications across all touchpoints
* Protecting the brand's reputation through proactive and reactive PR
* Using market research and insights to drive new campaigns and using campaign reporting to constantly evaluate and improve existing campaigns


The successful Marketing Manager will possess the following attributes:

* Varied sector experience
* Experience in end to end online and offline campaign management including budget responsibility
* Strong attention to detail and copywriting ability
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
* Understanding of marketing systems such as CRM
* Previous line management experience
* Sound workload management, able to prioritise tasks and deal with seasonal peaks in activity
* In possession of a Marketing Degree or CIM equivalent
