The Brand Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Campaign Manager in all aspects of project management and delivery of brand marketing campaigns. Working across the full marketing mix (digital, print, event and sponsorship, video etc.) to deliver campaigns that drive business awareness.

The successful Brand Executive will be responsible for:

* Assisting in the delivery of the annual brand marketing campaign plan that will include multi-platform activities including digital, print, video and events
* The day to day operations of campaign management and maintaining status and evaluation reports
* Delivering and overseeing online and offline brand marketing campaigns according to brief
* Working with the design and content teams when necessary to deliver and engaging content
* Assisting the Senior Manager in the delivery of photographic and film projects
* Project Managing the annual undergraduate and postgraduate campaigns alongside the product team
* Assist in building an active brand ambassador network
* Monitoring, analysing, reviewing and reporting on effectiveness of brand marketing campaigns
* Regularly feedback on insights gained from our campaigns to help drive business decisions in a timely fashion
* Manage the production and ordering of all branded merchandise for internal stakeholders
* Liaise with departments across the business on brand guidelines and brand assets
* Assist in the delivery of the sponsorship and events strategy in line with commercial and brand objectives
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that all events and sponsorships are well planned and reflect brand values
* Assist the Senior Manager and Events Planner in the delivery of the annual events programme
* Daily scheduling, verifying and updating of all social media channels
* Weekly support of forward planning for all social media channels
* Research potential opportunities and themes occurring e.g. new news or how we can use social media channels such as Snapchat effectively
* Generate brand campaign ideas for all social media channels


The successful applicant will have:

* A minimum 2 years marketing experience
* Experience of managing successful brand marketing campaigns across within a commercial environment either in-house or at agency
* Good working knowledge of using analytic tools and developing meaningful measurement reports, analysis and actionable recommendations
* Experience of project management
* Good understanding of all marketing channels
* Experience of having co-ordinated photo shoots
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Creative thinker and team player that can motivate and inspire work of the highest standard
* Highly organised with a can-do attitude
* Highly literate, fluent English speaker with a way with words
* Excellent project management skills required for planning and prioritising own work
* Good understanding of marketing costs and budget management
