A commercial development company on the outskirts of Cambridge is looking for a Conferencing Coordinator to join their team as they continue to grow!

Candidates for this position will be expected to have strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a high level of administrative experience. Any experience of organising conferences or events would be a huge advantage for this role! Due to the nature of this role, some out of hours working may be required on occasion during evenings and weekends.

Your duties will include organising conferences/meetings, responding to customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service, checking conference space and reporting/resolving any issues with the meeting rooms.
