Client Details



Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will support the delivery of new and existing volume targets via BTL activity, including digital, direct mail and Loyalty. You'll provide the Marketing Team and wider business with analysis and reports, whilst assisting with the planning and delivery of activity across all elements of the marketing mix. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

* Providing support to ensure volume and demand targets are met across all BTL, digital and social channels for new and existing customers whilst actively seeking, researching and delivering new opportunities to drive demand, working with multiple agencies and key stakeholders to do so
* Planning and executing activity to support the Sundry sales target, working closely with the team to deliver timely, highly effective and targeted on and offline communications
* Supporting and developing the new website and managing the day to day running of the site once live
* Creating accurate and timely reporting of marketing activity including customer insight, to assist with more effective planning, forecasting and the delivery of future campaigns
* Measuring campaigns versus company and marketing KPI's and creating forecast reports to anticipate future demand whilst tracking and communicating progress against targets
* Proactively building strong working relationships with colleagues to ensure brand consistency, quick approvals and seek out opportunities and synergies which will support demand targets


* Proven experience working within a marketing role and familiarity with stages of a marketing campaign and other marketing activities
* Experience of building and deploying email activity through Campaign Monitor and SalesForce
* Experience building effective internal and external relationships
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office to an expert level, with the ability to analyse large quantities of data and present the data using Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to handle diverse workloads and work under pressure in a demanding environment
* A highly analytical and inquisitive mind
* Superb attention and detail and tenacity for accurate results
* Positive, upbeat nature with a 'can do' attitude
