This organisation is looking for a Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy to join their small, ambitious team in London.

The key responsibilities of this Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy will be:

* Develop and implement a 3-year plan that will create the culture to develop relationships and significantly grow income from high net worth individuals; trusts; companies and events
* Work closely with the wider team to develop compelling propositions and cases for support
* Work closely with the Senior Management Team; Trustees and existing supporters to increase their involvement in sustaining high value relationships
* Support the Vice Chairman of the Trustees in the creation of an efficient and effective Development Board
* Identify strategic brand alignment opportunities, making approaches, creating pitches and leading and managing corporate partnerships
* Create supporter relationship journeys which increase participation, engagement and income
* Ensure that the programmes are operating in accordance with established Codes and are compliant with relevant regulations
* Work with the Head of CRM to successfully introduce new CRM processes and system (ThankQ)
* Contribute to the development of a truly supporter centric ethos throughout the organisation
* Enjoy being part of a small team where individuals thrive on working outside of their designated roles from time to time to get things done


The person specification for this Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy is:

* Significant knowledge and experience of high value fundraising, having the ability to manage relationships at all levels
* A persuasive combination of charisma and gravitas with resilience and resourcefulness
* Financial acumen, able to prepare and manage business plans and budgets and you'll be driven by a desire to achieve ambitious targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills - written and oral- with the proven ability to communicate with persuasion and credibility and to inspire your team
* Experience of using audience data insight to develop new programmes and products
* Experience of planning, implementing and monitoring projects to agreed deadlines, managing parallel work streams and complex stakeholder relationships
* Manage the performance and development of the team to ensure that overall objectives are achieved
* Review and establish processes, systems and policies to maximise efficiency and ensure that deadlines are met
* Be a creative and innovative approach to working

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of £50,000.
