The University of Bath is seeking a talented marketing professional to plan and deliver innovative, effective strategies and activities to support the recruitment of Undergraduate students

You will have the skills, creativity and experience needed to lead institution-wide initiatives, working closely with colleagues in academic faculties, student recruitment, admissions and elsewhere to ensure targets are achieved.

Your expert understanding of how to implement relevant, distinctive marketing activities and your knowledge of the effective use of communications channels will enable you to optimise efforts to engage applicants and influencers.

You will ensure that all activities are well researched and benchmarked with articulated and agreed performance indicators.

You will oversee the delivery of a sector-leading applicant communications experience through the effective use of Applicant CRM systems and tools. This will include the development and delivery of a roadmap to enhance system functionality and associated working practice.

Your personal attributes and qualities will include an excellent track record of achievement in a senior marketing and communications role and a proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of work in a multi-stakeholder environment.

You will join a talented team whose collective contribution is based on a combination of individual expertise and collaborative team-working.
